I am a Princess of God By: Sis. Jha Salvamante

Princess Diaries is one of the most awaited teachings in the SFC Community. All the lovely and gorgeous sisters of Chapter B2 were all invited, gathered and all together, we listened to how precious we are in God's eye.

God sends His affirmation in a way that He always looks after us as He allowed us to experience His heartfelt messages, that we are His Princess. Center 1 in Al Safa turned into a place full of inspiration and filled with Godly charm as the room is full of lovely flowers hanging here and there. As the weekend retreat starts, I already felt Gods unique image and likeness in each sister inside the room as they display their joyful and eager hearts with their undying compassion to serve.

Sisters where all so adorable as they wear their dresses, put on their make-up and styled their hair, their simplicity flaunt the most portraying a mystery to be revealed, someone to be pursued and a beauty to be unveiled. As Sis Che , shared one of Gods message,“ God created man in His image; in the divine image He created Him; male and female He created them.Gen 1:27. She reminds us that we have to take care of our body as it is Gods temple. Remind to love ourselves even though we all have different physical uniqueness and attributes as God designed our body to bare children and nurture them. We have to admit that most of the women nowadays do everything just to fulfill the earthly meaning of the word beauty. It is a great thing that Sis Maro, remind us that we are woman of God. We are to be romanced and pursued. For God is a great lover, “So I will allure her, I will lead her into the desert and there speak to her heart.”- Hosea 2:16. As God never fails to serenade us and let us feel our worth. He is a great partner, we can share all our ups and downs with Him and God is very faithful in His love for us until the end. That’s a confirmation that with God there is forever and lastly, God is a warrior who is always ready to fight for us.

Sis. Beng emphasized that being Princesses of God, we have to balance our inter-relationship with our family, friends, workmates and as such possessing the heart of a woman designed by God. We may fail to accept the fact that there is a part in our lives when we feel as if we are unworthy, unloved, insecure with other and miserable. So then we start believing and living a life full of lies. We forget to value the true essence of us being God's child, God's princesses. When we feel broken, hurt and unloved, we sometimes become so needy and clingy as if nobody cares or nobody loves us, we choose to settle for less.

But we have a very loving-ever forgiving God. We just have to surrender ourselves to Him. Invite him in our hearts, admit our faults and surely with God’s grace and mercy, He will give us a new heartbeat, In Song 2:14Show me your face, let me hear your voice for your voice is sweet and your face is lovely.” A recollection was solemnly given by Sis. Cheche, renewing our hearts and attuning it back to Him.

Being a woman tells us that relationships are essential; it is His very being, for God IS LOVE. Tita Wella, pointed out that we always have to behave, act and pray, for us to be always walk and be guided according to Gods will for us, His princess.

This weekend retreat added so much love and value in our hearts, as the brother who’s conducting their Knights Tale did a quick serenade with the undying song “Your Love” by Alamid. They left a token to every sister as we gave them a prince stuff toy which adds so much of “kilig” factor.

Being Gods princess is one of a kind gratitude and accepting this honor is so overwhelming.  I will always be grateful to God, our father as He has already given me My prince, My life and My greatest companion.

Your own prince is also on his way, let just draw nearer to God and you’ll meet him the soonest.

I would like to commend all the service team and team heads most specially the speakers and all the sisters behind this successful event as they made our God proud. God bless us all.

May God be praised!

My CLP Experience Christian Life Program: Unbox Your Faith By Bro Joseph Fruto

“A life devoted to things is a dead life, a stamp, a god-shaped life is a flourishing tree”  -Proverbs 11:28   We are in the world where people give so much avidness to wealth, technology, trend, etc. At some point we forget to nourish our spiritual need. That is to live life with love, humility and gratitude. It may sound impossible to put into action but yes, it is possible with a great faith to God we can outshine the good and surmount the greatest challenge of being Christian and live life with meaning. Before I was invited to join the Christian Life Program (CLP), I know that there is God and I believe in Him. From a family that doesn’t religiously go to church we don’t see it as a duty of being a Christian. So long I don’t do detrimental things I am therefore a good Christian. At the age of 21 I tried my luck abroad, I worked in Saudi hoping to speed up my career and help my family. Being away was a struggle and homesickness was the enemy I fought each ...

Christian Character Weekend By Sis Vianca Peregrina

After all the 6 talks in CCW, all I can say is that, it's the most remarkable teaching for me because I was able to immediately apply it in my life. This teaching has welcomed us with the reminder that our emotions should always be guided by the Holy Spirit because it can impact our character. The talk about Character of Humility has made me realize that acknowledging others and neglecting yourself is not how humility works, it is false humility and refusing to see the art God created within us. Instead, Humility is acknowledging that God has created ALL of us individually unique and because our God is fair and our perfect creator, He wrote each one of us equally beautiful plans ahead of us. If we keep this perspective and truth, we start appreciating ourselves, and being happy with ourselves gives us sufficient love for our neighbors. Appreciating ourselves and our neighbors is appreciating God's work. The character of Courage simply taught me that fear is normal, ...
