God Sent me to Africa By Bro Reggie Dela Cruz

I always inspired by stories when someone came back from mission exchange. I always wonder what is the feeling to be in a place that you never been, giving a talk, inspired individuals and lesson and experience you will gain after your journey. When Mission Exchange called an assembly that was one month prior to sending off. God whispering me to go for mission just say yes I will give you what you need. I have some excess baggage during that time, I have doubt as well if my company will allowed my request. Team Burundi is open for brother in able to pursue that mission exchange. My SFC brothers and sisters are chasing me to signed up, they said God will make away don’t worry we will pray for you. I signed up that night, on that night I pray to God, I trust in You, Lord I say yes. I’m still struggling on leave application and NOC for visa processing, one week before sending off, my leave is still pending I worried that I will cannot go on mission. But prayer real can move mountain, I know I have a lot of prayer warrior praying for me. It’s true also when you worried just kneel down and prayer and God will comfort you and give you what you need. Sunday my leaved was approved and Tuesday my NOC was been released and booked ticket and Wednesday I get my visa stamp. Thursday I packed all things that I need and gift from generous friends and finally one of members of the community drop me to the airport praise God. I never thought it is happening God is really working. If He want you to go no one can hindrance, Thank God that is the only I can on that moment say. He is God of providence.

When I was in mission God really amaze me, He shown me his great creation from above that I see it before in magazine and videos and now I see on my naked eye. During mission we have itinerary of activities but God has his own plan, He really working with us. We just say Lord we surrender it all to you, it will be done according to your will. When I’m reflecting using in His step He tells us everyday that is very timely. He equipped us with skills, wisdom and knowledge. He prepared individuals to help us it was astonished and say Praise God. One verse struck me Matthew 16:24 “Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross and follow me.” God reminds me to totally give all our excess baggage’s and totally surrender to Him. I come to realize as well to live simply and give tidings to the poor, because many of our unfortunate brothers and sisters living in far place without anything to eat or decent life. And lastly we should be dependent always to God like child because we are nothing without Him.

God is really working and every mission or and situation in your life, He have purpose in you. We just say Yes! and accept His call He never let you down, He never leave you, He never forsake you, instead He will amaze you and He will be with you every situation of your life. And for that be God be praise! No longer I but Christ in me….

My CLP Experience Christian Life Program: Unbox Your Faith By Bro Joseph Fruto

“A life devoted to things is a dead life, a stamp, a god-shaped life is a flourishing tree”  -Proverbs 11:28   We are in the world where people give so much avidness to wealth, technology, trend, etc. At some point we forget to nourish our spiritual need. That is to live life with love, humility and gratitude. It may sound impossible to put into action but yes, it is possible with a great faith to God we can outshine the good and surmount the greatest challenge of being Christian and live life with meaning. Before I was invited to join the Christian Life Program (CLP), I know that there is God and I believe in Him. From a family that doesn’t religiously go to church we don’t see it as a duty of being a Christian. So long I don’t do detrimental things I am therefore a good Christian. At the age of 21 I tried my luck abroad, I worked in Saudi hoping to speed up my career and help my family. Being away was a struggle and homesickness was the enemy I fought each and every

Pray Over Workshop By Sis. Maricar Mandani

In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.-Romans 8:26-27 How do we pray and how do we pray for others effectively? Most of us would like to pray for others, but to be honest we don't know how and what to pray. We are often filled with good intentions but without enough knowledge to utter, we tend to use the same phrases over and over or we fall into patterns, or sometimes we simply are not good in expressing with words. As part of our preparation for our CLP Talk 9- Receiving the power of the Holy Spirit- the much awaited session for every CLP. We had a PRAY OVER WORKSHOP, held last August 15, 2017. The teaching was led by Tita Lourdes, here we experienced and practiced a pray over session. Learned how to
