God Is Love By Sis Annalyn Rioflorido

“God is love. He loved you before you were born because He lives in you.”
1 John 4.

Truly, God loves us in many forms, in anyways and in all aspects of our lives despite how imperfect we are as an individual. How can we define Love? What is Love? How can we share the love with someone who needs it most?

I am very blessed to be part of SFC Community. I would like to take this opportunity in extending and expressing my deepest gratitude to the leaders who inspire me. From my Household, Household heads, Chapter Leaders, and respectful Titos and Titas, for their love and healing embrace. They mold and transformed my life into having a deeper and intimate meaning of how to be an obedient Christian, to be a better version of myself, and be a holy daughter of God that can serve the community in whatever situation and circumstances. To love one another despite imperfections and differences, to see things in a more perspective positive way, to reflect and to be understood. There’s no exact reason for doing all these great things, but just all about love. The love that we can feel inside our hearts. I am blessed to be called and chosen to be His servant. Plus factors are the priceless moments, bondings that we have shared in the community, the friendship, sisterhood, brotherhood, and relationship that have built. We unite one as a family. SFC community is our second family. We share our time, talent and treasures. Despite our busy schedules, different errands, and lifestyle, we find time to serve God wholeheartedly.

Last March 02, 2018, I felt very grateful and blessed to have an opportunity to attend our teaching about “Love Forum” tackled by Sis. Teng Bondoc, giving the definition of being a Woman:
Whole"  To be whole as a True holy daughter of God. We need to wholly submit ourselves to the Lord, as He is the one who always loves us.

Open Make ourselves open. Whatever plans and goals we set on ourselves.

Meek Constant Prayer submitting ourselves to Him individually. “Showing honor to the Woman as the weaker vessel since they are the heirs with you of the Grace of life” 1 Peter 3:7

Elegant A Woman should hide her heart in God and a Man must go there to find it. A woman should be hidden in Christ that a Man has to see Christ just to see her.

Noble Woman of God who can passionately radiate charm, moral, virtues, and principles, for there is no greater woman than she who fears the Lord.

She is clothed with Strength and Dignity and she laughs without fear of the future. Prov 31:25 (NLT)
True Love Waits.

For this saying, as a human individual, we love, we’ve been in love, we got hurt and it has made us stronger, it has made us weak, made us happy, it can be our life, our world, our everything. But the only True Love belongs to our Almighty God - for He gave us His only begotten Son. We need to totally submit ourselves, our plans, our goals, our discernment and our prayers to the Lord. He is the only one who can give us the right person we’ve been praying for whom we can have for a lifetime. As a woman, I strongly believe that we are worth pursuing, we belong to a Man of God who can love us wholeheartedly and faithfully, despite our flaws, our weaknesses, our shortcomings. Man of God with great courage, who believes faithfully in his prayers.

On my most definition of Love - Love comes first from our Almighty Creator who loves us most, whom He gave and sacrificed His life although how unworthy and sinners we are. He Transforms us, guides us, loves us unconditionally and provides us all the things we need. The Love of God gave fruits for He has chosen a set of parents to share our life with and called it a family. We all came from different families and different upbringing, our parents mold us on the very best they can. How we define ourselves, how we share and radiate love to one another are all definition of our characters and personalities instilled in us of our parents.

Indeed, I am forever grateful and I give praise to our Lord for continuously transforming love in me and in each and every one of us. For above all, His love brings out the best version in each one of us. I surrender everything to Him - my life, my dreams and my aspirations because we all know everything can be taken away from us. Spread love while we can. He wants all of us to be the Reflection of His love.

May God be praised.

My CLP Experience Christian Life Program: Unbox Your Faith By Bro Joseph Fruto

“A life devoted to things is a dead life, a stamp, a god-shaped life is a flourishing tree”  -Proverbs 11:28   We are in the world where people give so much avidness to wealth, technology, trend, etc. At some point we forget to nourish our spiritual need. That is to live life with love, humility and gratitude. It may sound impossible to put into action but yes, it is possible with a great faith to God we can outshine the good and surmount the greatest challenge of being Christian and live life with meaning. Before I was invited to join the Christian Life Program (CLP), I know that there is God and I believe in Him. From a family that doesn’t religiously go to church we don’t see it as a duty of being a Christian. So long I don’t do detrimental things I am therefore a good Christian. At the age of 21 I tried my luck abroad, I worked in Saudi hoping to speed up my career and help my family. Being away was a struggle and homesickness was the enemy I fought each ...

Pray Over Workshop By Sis. Maricar Mandani

In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.-Romans 8:26-27 How do we pray and how do we pray for others effectively? Most of us would like to pray for others, but to be honest we don't know how and what to pray. We are often filled with good intentions but without enough knowledge to utter, we tend to use the same phrases over and over or we fall into patterns, or sometimes we simply are not good in expressing with words. As part of our preparation for our CLP Talk 9- Receiving the power of the Holy Spirit- the much awaited session for every CLP. We had a PRAY OVER WORKSHOP, held last August 15, 2017. The teaching was led by Tita Lourdes, here we experienced and practiced a pray over session. Learned how to ...
